How can they have only cleared up to 150 when 151 is next and 11 are going in this month? Where do you get the no August class, that was last year. Why not just post information that first we know makes sense, and second that is accurate.

 Good point ,..thought I didnt craft the question correctly. Maybe they cleared past 170??? Maybe there will be an August class??? Can someone clarify ???? Thanks 

The clearance should be around 161 or so. It was a plus 10 from where it ended.

I think what he means by clearance is how many people did they clear up to that are actually eligible to be promoted, I.e., bachelors degree, no pending charges, not retired, not jammed up, etc.

 Yes because the CEA raise hasn't kicked in. Lucky people. Good for them. Next CEA raise is sometime in September. Thinking the 22nd. After that (the 22nd) everyone promoted to Captain is at step 1.

15 captains were requested for August. That will make the list reach list number 182. So far every time they have requested for captains they have promoted. Last month the number they requested left the list at 161 and with Passovers 166 is next.
