The beginning of your 4th year your at top pay so its still only 3 full Years to top pay. Unlike the SBA which takes you 5 Full Years and when you start the 6th year youre at Top Pay. So it takes longer to get to top pay as a SGT then as a Cop now lol.

This isn't true. When you hit your 5th year, you go to top pay. If it were at the start of your 6th year, there would be a year that you don't get a raise. If it were true, then the SBA actually gave up 2 extra years to top pay in exchange for nothing and they are an even worse union than we all know them to be
