Since this board is pure speculation at this point, lets take some bets. Anything you post here will be held against you in the future. You are to make an official prediction as to the list size and outcome. If you are right, you will be able to cite this thread as a source for I told you so credit. If you are wrong, may God eternal damn your soul to eternal suffering.
I predict a 2000+ list with most, if not all, names being called for promotion.
The requirement to be a supervisor now is to sit in a chair for 6 hours and dont take your cellphone out.

I rise, im pretty confident to say that betting against you is like free money. You have been so consistently wrong that I wish I could take you to vegas and just bet the opposite of you.
Thats why i said almost everyone 2000 + could be any amount but thats the majority
And everyone has been wrong on this thread far as list the Last two sgt exams everyone was surprised with number

If its over 1500 list will be cut at 1000
I disagree, last list made more than 1000
Again just because 1000+ got promoted last time doesnt mean the same again this time. Retirements have slowed down and with the new contracts people are going to be leaving in droves. I said 1000 but I think it gets cut before that to be honest. Aint no way they replace more then 50 percent of the jobs lieutenants again in 4 years.
That gives people in the 40,s a shot lol
1250 in 5 years. Thats 250 per year. Average is 180-200 a year.
List will be 2650. Everyone makes it nowdays. No point of studying anymore

There is absolutely no way 1250 people passed that exam
They don't need to ruin the Lt rank like the Sgt rank has been ruined. Hopefully it's a list of people who originally passed and those who made it after the TVB. Those who make it, make it. Those who fail, failed. Ive passed 3 tests, failed 1. It happens, that's life.

1250 with throwouts and a curve
This is the number thats confirmed with Curve and Throwouts? Or just a guess from you. I have been hearing 1500
GuysI dont come here to make rumors. I do give opinions & honest ones. I also am a realist & I dont really have time for nonsense. 1250 was my guess. Why 1250. Well both the Sgt & Capt list make up 50%+ of exam takers. So its only a legitimate guess that we stay at 50% for LTs. In a weird way, its a pretty prestigious rank. Dont have to deal with the nonsense of running a command, nor the BS Sgts have to put up with. If 2 Sgts are in, you got the day to yourself. That being said. Ppl stay longer as LTs, the OT is there, the pay is good. I say this list is 1200, MAYBE 1300. I met in the middle but I still think 1200. If I have to BET, Id say UNDER 1250.

right on par with my 1200-1300 guess-timate.
My next guess-timate will be that the list is out in late September.
