Curious what you guys think with the new proposed almost 20% raise for LT. Will have them making almost 200k without ot. Obviously captain will get bump too but I wonder how many LT turn down promotion with that raise to avoid the rank headaches.

17%. And many will turn down who are LSA/LCD or they should go to Lefrak

As of now it all depends on the SBA contract I have heard 17% for SGT putting Top pay for SGT around 150ish and they are pushing to settle within 60-90 Days So would stand to reason LBA would want at least that to keep Parody so top Pay for LT could actually be closer to 190 should know more after June

As per our LBA president, we're looking at similar numbers for our raise ( he said close to 20%). They're starting a coalition with the other unions soon. Expect to see our raise this year.

If the Captains get 20% they will be up to 244k.

I think the PBA Email saying Retro and raise taking affect July 21st lines up with what SBA and LBA are looking for they probably want us both settled before the cops get their actual pay bump in July so I would expect to be settled by July
