I suggest you bring PG with you so you quote directly from it. You choose a question that did not follow PG format or was not clear enough about which step was asked about and type up your argument citing exactly why it was wrong. At my last protest session I spent 2 hours picking apart questions and typing up response. This time I want to make a list of all the procedures questioned and come in with just those procedures printed out so I can save time looking for them. 2 hours isnt a long time.

Are we able to use elites patrol guide ? Or do we need the actual nypd patrol guide ?

What pct is capable of printing an entire patrol and admin guide? I'd bet none.

They should just give us access to a digital patrol guide on their computers. How the hell is one suppose to know what sections to bring in.

For the Sgts protest you may bring in any material you want. Elite patrol guide, packets, index cards etc.. The only thing is if you plan on submitting documents for rebuttal, you must label it and leave it with DCAS employee's. You do not have to submit any actual documents to protest a question though it is an option. Simply protest the question and write the reason why on the computer and quote PG or AG procedures.
