I heard they are clearing Lt names. Not sure why they would do that if they arent planning to promote any.

60 Lts to be cleared. As we all know that doesnt mean 60 will be promoted but I would think they would put some in. Otherwise why even clear names at all? Good luck!

For LT's to be included, wouldn't the FINEST have to be today? If it dropped tomorrow, when would ID photos be taken ?
