 I agree. The Key is on point. the Instructor was ALWAYS on point and knows how to present the materials flawlessly. the Key's quizzes continually emphasized major points. The Key's CRAM are simply the BEST!  For all of you reading this , please sign up for The Key and Rising Star for the obscure questions.......trust me you won't be disappointed.

Mike may be a little out if the loop but they all are at thus point seeing you have to be retired in order to teach. I did the hard work but his course made the impossible possible with my hard work. Their philosophy and approach is very simple......put in the work! They told us this repeatedly in class.  It's up to you to pull through. They even provided you with rewrites (Captain exams) which really helped you guys prepare for the level of difficulty you saw on this exam,.......and guess what? Many passed because of this. Don't believe me ? Ask ALL of the Elite  students that flocked over to They Key's CRAM at the FINAL hour! Many of my buddies told me about this APP that the other school has. They all said it gave them "false hope" Questions were VERY EASY! Ask around, The Key and Rising Star are not like this. They challenged your brain and I believed it helped many this time around. Ask around. They will tell you. Nothing against the other school but I have to tell it like it is. The Key and Rising Star is NOT in the business of stroking egos. They want you to PASS.,...no need for all the bells and whistles ,....

 They key had packets that weren't proofread. key classes also spent time on cops duties too. They discussed the NST cop n sgt. Every company has its own pluses and minuses.

 Elite had tons of grammar errors too. I think both classes didnt have as much time to prepare the course as they wouldve liked so they were a bit rushed. Hell, all of us had about 4-5 months to prepare as is.

You hit it right on the nose. I used the Key for all 3 tests and I highly recommend them for future exam takers. The digital quizzes and prior re-writes helped so much. If I had more time, I would have 100% bought the RS question package to answer along the way. I was just trying to keep up with the material and trying to finish all the questions, so it was too much to take on for this one. I did that for the 2017 Lt test and it definitely paid off. The video/audio has to be supplementary studying. Reading, writing and actual studying of material is primary, well for me at least. Well done to all of us who passed a challenging test!

Also, think about it, The  Key partnered up with Rising Star to assure your success on exam day,..they gave you rewrites written similarly (difficulty level) to your exam,Most Elite students admitted that his questions were trash,..long paragraphs to ask a silly Desk Officer question,.NOT enough Captain questions!!!!! regardless of the class you choose u have to do your HOMEwork.

People who passed are not the ones complaining. If rumors are true that 15% passed, that means majority did not pass. There are some people who love to complain, some people who do not accept responsibilities and some people who like to point the fingers. Those people are blaming Yano.

I took Mike Yano all 3 exams, and thankfully passed them all on first shot. Ive used other classes to supplement Yano's curriculum. But Mike Yano is the truth and I support him fully.
