This is ****ty pay. You have to wait 3 years to get approximately $11.000 in raise after losing all your chart days as a Sergeant. That makes absolutely no economic sense unless planning to move on to higher rank.

The entire department has ****ty pay. You have cops in Suffolk that have a higher top base pay than a Captain on our job, it's embarrassing
