Its exactly 50 names. Does this mean that no one else whos already on patrol can be in bmoc?

The next class is still going to be about 70-75. This finest message was just for the people who have to go to the mentoring program. Not everyone who's getting promoted has to go to the mentoring program.

Everyone goes to Sgt mentoring if u r on patrol
or not, so i guess 75 class was shrinked into 50. Only time will tell

This is correct, everyone goes to mentoring no matter if you are on patrol.

There are some exceptions. When I went to mentoring I noticed someones name wasnt on the list for mentoring but he was in the Sgts course with me. He told me he didnt have to do mentoring. I didnt ask him why but he wasnt the only one in my class who didnt do it. I know initially it was for cops who had been off patrol for a while then it changed to everyone.

This may have been the case in the past, but sgt's mentoring makes for some mighty fine window dressing, kind of like the NCO program. But unlike Community policing, Sgt's mentoring is actually useful for something. Its my guess that 1PP loves the idea and wants every list# to do it from here on out.

Nothing but positive feedback I hear about the mentoring program. Guys actually say they learn more from mentoring than BMOC.

According to DCAS, the list number of the last eligible certified is 726. Not to bad.

I think the Department send over to DCAS up to what number they clear. Last week the last eligible certified was 660ish, so the more they clear the more they send over to DCAS.

That list is out of whack!!! The fitness points they added later screwed up the order.

Most accurate list is in PDF format on Elites website. Its in numbered order with the adjusted list numbers and shows all of the old list numbers as well.
Emails came down; commands of choice attached
Commands are due by march 11th and mentoring starts the 18th
Like if you go to 70pct for Mentoring, does it mean you're going to PBBS? etc etc
It does not unless u have a hook
Absolutely doesnt.
