I've been told when it gets certified. I was also told upon first promotion. If that's the case for this list.. when was the first promotion if that is factual?
Now since Sgts dont get promoted essentially in bmoc like LT and Capt, when was that date for Sgts?

Lists are good for 4 years. As per dcas this list expires on 01/24/2022. 4 years before that is January of 2018. When the first bmoc went in. The list was published in December of 2017 but thats irrelevant. Its 4 years from when they start using the list
