Everyone lost 1 day due to the donation program whether you accepted or not. Wtf is this nonsense?
So mullins and his crew can use this time to go to Aruba since they burned all their time?
Will we be told how our time is being used?

For some reason, it says I have 1 day on the donation program. Did someone donate a day to me already ?

There was a letter sent out. You were opted in automatically you had to opt out by mail I think. I believe these days go into a bank and if a Sgt needs them the union can dole them out. Im ok with it.

I believe there are strict guidelines as to how they can be used, and back checks as well per say. They aren't just for someone who waste their vaca days.

Yes its under OPS ORDER 51. Says sergeants will donate one vacation day (up to a maximum of 5 days) to a central time bank that other Sgts, who have exhausted their leave can utilize in times of family medical emergencies. The one day deduction is automatic and will be deducted unless you choose not to donate by contacting the SBA direct. If you choose to opt out you will not be eligible to utilize the fund for yourself if god forbid you need it, however this requirement may be waved in "extreme hardships".
