anyone familiar with the process of getting charges while on promotion list? And how long does it usally take?

For a Reagan? the commisoners son? I dont think its an issue. Should clear itself up

You will get held up and passed over and be grilled by the board once or twice.

But unless your charges are catastrophic you will get promoted.

If they're CCRB charges, nobody will care and you can still get promoted, at least that was the case with my class.
