I think you have to log in first. I just tried but my account was blocked so waiting for that now.

Has anyone had any luck with successfully registering to take the test? Although we are within the filing period of 5/3/2017- 5/23/2017 the system states "Unable to locate Notice of Examination, please try again later"
On a side note, DCAS is confirming the exam date as October 25th.

Doesn't work. NOE is missing. What an embarrassment this DCAS is.

To all those anxious ones that are eager to sign up, I called DCAS, spoke with a rep, and she said they are having issues and the NOE will be up either by tonight or latest Monday. so be patient

The filing is now open.... Hopefully this works for you guys.
Hey everyone looking to save $105 dollars. I did not realize this for my sgt and LT test but glad I just did. If you were a veteran and honorably discharged, they waive the exam fee for you. All you have to do is mail in your DD214 with the application that you print out. All the instructions are on the NOE as well as the application itself. I hope you poor LTs like me can save a couple of bucks. For your information.

I'm sure the job is going to mass promote everyone off the 2015 LT list by October/November so they can have a bigger pool of candidates taking this Captains exam
It is now working....
