The current list still has 300 names on it, the 2017 test will have over a thousand names.... so I would think 2019 or 2020.

Gotta figure the current list will go the entire distance of the four years. I wouldn't expect to see anything before that due the the unpresidential size of this list...

Neither. It starts when they actually start promoting From the list. January of 2018. As per dcas this list is good until 01/24/2022

isnt That what I said? I didnt mean the actual promotion date. Its from the date they start actually using the list
