Any clue when they will start promoting from our list?

When the current one finishes some time before December. But i really dont see how they will stretch out the remainder lf the current list till Jan 2018. But it all depends on how many Down months of ZERO they go through.
My Educated Gustimate would be -- Dec/Jan/Feb -- at the absolute Latest to begin 2017 Sgt Exam Promotions.
