People are the finest for a reason, very good people, trust me. Im telling my people to talk to PD people who will in turn talk to the dcas people (God help us) to promote a good 35 sergeants to lieutenant come February 24. As far as changing the testing system which is corrupt in this city, I'm going to drain the swamp at dcas and give you good people an exam of only 100 questions, no more wasted time on research questioning the size of my hands. I only want the best on my finest team, that's why I'm going to try and not have lieutenants take the actual exam prior to test day as a dry run (we all know what happens after that). As of now, I have to get busy building my wall around the my desk, with the women underneath. Take care folks.

Trust me folks... 30 good sergeants will become lieutenants on the 24th. Actually, some of the 30 are good, some are as fake as CNN news.
