I bought a few of their classes and wasn't impressed. They aren't very user friendly at all and the classes are nothing great. If you are doing any of the other schools like elite , they key or rising star you shouldn't even bother with it expect maybe the inbasket class

I had some issues with one of their products and when I tried to get help, they took long to respond and when I finally got a hold of them, they were useless in their attempts to correct the issue. This was two years ago so things could have changed... but never again...
