Bratton Stepping down

Could Bratton stepping down have any effect on promotions?

No the numbers don't lie there are still plenty of vacancies. I don't see them having anymore down month for the year

Doubt it, promotions are still a go, personnel order section cancelled today, coming in Thursday

The only effect will be the many detective shields he throws to his people before he leaves.
