No way. I believe it was said 225 were between 65-69. So no way it gets that high. 375ish is my guess.

Yes 225 number is accurate. I believe 150 tops will make it, so total list under 350.

A test should still be next year. I would say the list maxes at 375... but probably closer to 350.

I bet Gamblor has a good idea what the new list size might be. He's the stats guy. Anyway, the original # of passers represents the top 7%+- of test takers, which is all the way on the right of the curve. The lower the score is the closer you get to the mean/hump and the more people there are. Whoever did the answer key should have an idea of what the mean score will be with the throw outs. If it's a 65/66, then this new list could be in the 1,000+- range.
Based on 111 responses the largest response group were people in the 60-64 range. It appears that the 65-69 group is just as large as the 70 and above group. So my guess is the list will be approx. double the current one.

As per DCAS there are 225 people between 65-69 who could pass because of this agreement. This is directly from the horses mouth.

If that's the case it might be smaller than people think. You have to assume some of them already got a few of the questions right in the first place.

I be surprised if it's under 350... It seems like most people that failed are picking up 3 to 5 points. Those were basically the hardest questions on the test. That's why I wouldn't be shocked if more than 375 people even end up on the list. Just my opinion.

Based upon this theory (assuming 225 were between 65-69), the list size should be 373.

Bratton must of thought they were going to roll over and take it like the rest of us, after the federal judge threw out their case. He underestimated the Resilient 9 as we all did. Hopefully this list and promotions goes by fast.

the rumor is 60 Lt's going in on 7/25 and a Sgts BMOC starting on 8/1. Lets keep in mind if they are gonna make Lt's they AT LEAST should be replacing the Sgts that are making Lt. If we're gonna speculate further i would think there will be more Lt's getting made at the end of August when the Sgts from the 8/1 class get promoted. The job is now over 150 Lts short so they need to make at least 100 of them quick to avoid paying current Lts the OT that some are making doing the job of 2-3 Lts.
Put me down for 500 person list.
What you guys think?
