What two questions was he talking about ? CCRG ? I don't think DCAS has ever revised a list after it was published . Can't wait to see how this plays out .

I have to think he meant at least one where it was taken after the cutoff date, or even operations orders.... But ccrg works for me too lol

This has to be the ultimate insult to vucinaj. He probably prided himself on this as the most perfect test ever written, and now the commissioner is publicly shaming this test! This is great!

There was definitely more than two ops orders so who knows what he meant . We'll see what the judge says, but I HIGHLY doubt anything will come of this .

Eliminating those two questions would increase the passing rate to 50/60% range? An increase of even 15/16% range would be impossible if that's what he meant.

yeah I caught that also machine. His statement had to be an error. Mathematically doesn't make sense. There isn't that many people that scored a 68 or 69 that would benefit from the two throw outs and raise the passing rate to 50%/60%. Two throw outs would maybe boost the list another 20 to 50 max in my opinion.

you guys bought into the bratton deflection hook and line . such spin doctor tactics. who wrote the exam questions people , nypd . yeah dcas is to blame for a ton of the problems but lets not think the nypd isnt substantially to blame as well.

yeah takes a real brave man to make up bull**** about cheating on april 18th and risk throwing out a entire list for his own benefit. such phonies everybody is out for themselves , worse than animals. atleast the people that passed didnt screw anybody over to get what they wanted .

Not good.
Is it fact that they can't change a list after its established and certified? I know people have said it, but do we actually know that the only option is to throw the whole list out (instead of reinvestigating and throwing out a couple questions)?

It's an article 78, theyre not asking for the list to be tossed. Questions could possibly be changed, but they filed very late and missed a cut off date ( due to filling a frivilous civil rights law suit). Time will tell what happens.

Agreed, people who passed on April 18 didn't cheat and are getting screwed over here. We didn't do anything to anyone and we're the ones being harmed the most by this.
