Guys this link pretty much describes what is going on with the case and when it is occurring. It also lists the names of the petitioners. In addition, i know theres alot of anger and uncertainty. First, lets understand, by Monday we should have a better idea of whats occurring. If the injunction is granted....i dont know what this job is going to do with promoting LTS. But alot of ppl have been asking me about the list being thrown out. Just remember our fellow sgts/lts/captains participated in a re-engineering process that tried to address many problems people had with test taking. Very few if any of their concerns were addressed. Mostly because DCAS could care less about what we have to say. Thats a big problem....especially when make up tests was a big stick point. So our concerns were noted, very important to remember.
