That's interesting...how come the "Notice of Results" is dated tomorrow (02/26/2016)? Does this mean that we all should be getting it by tomorrow?

That's true for the people who bombed it, but anyone that was close should have gotten enough tosses to bring them into the passing range. This test was insane and there were flawed questions, the reason there were no changes still remains to be seen.

Do they have explanation as to why no question is thrown out?

Because no matter how good you think an argument is, they don't HAVE to throw out jack shyt. its all about whther they wanna throw you a bone or not. I for one am glad there no throwouts because it means an exam within the year. LEts all nail the next one.

So does this mean that the exam is finalized? No more changes to the list?

At this point, the only way any changes come to the list is via Article 78 or other legal avenues. It's a moon shot but a lot of sharp people who passed this thing and fought the good fight are shocked at zero changes and agree the TVB was bogus.

if we stick together and not back down, it is possible that the TVB findings will be overthrown. We all work for the same city if they see a major scandal or lawsuit they will CYA. Overthrow the TVB findings make someone the scapegoat. They will spend to much money to throw out an exam, and to much money to fight lawsuits. They will see that Redoing the TVB so it can be just will alleviate all the outrage. No one here can say it was a just TVB, if they do then can u please explain 1, 45, or 106 how the hell are they not throw outs or double answers

The list has been published. Presumably, the rationale and arguments behind not changing any questions/answers were already conidered exhaustively before establishing the list. The TVB meetings simply make these findings public.
I know zero about the testing process but, looking at it from a common sense perspective, I believe is unlikely that DCAS would or even could suddenly change their mind and alter the list after it was established. It's just fugazy.
More than likely they take a view similar to the job on matters like this: 'Oh you don't like it? **** you! Sue us!'
Even if they actually could do a 180 on some of their findings, to me, it would be a dumb move. It's the equivilent of admitting you were wrong and opens you up even more to litigation. The only possible benefit they derive is buying off several hundred of the most motivated potential litigants with nunerous changes. It's just not realistic.
If you want to fight for changes, assume you're going to have to pay for a professional to do it. Will be interesting to see what feedback Windeast gets. Until then, we're on standby mode.

Your correct DOA, its a very slim chance. But like lloyd said your telling me there is a chance. I just find it weird that when this whole cheating in the LT list gets leaked. Another story of a captain gets leaked taking away the attention from the test article and more attention on this captain. Which usually gets swept under the rug by the higher ups. So its either two things the job wanted us to focus somewhere else so we will pipe down about the test and take our colonoscopy. Or this captain really pissed someone off that they leaked this to the papers. I prefer to believe the job leaked it to the paper in order to get a hold of this cheating scandal and make it beforgotten about by the public so they can promote from this list with out and outcry from the public.
Also does anyone have any idea when we get to review the mysterious TVB rejections?
SAMIAM did you pass? Did you receive any info on TVB review?
Did anyone who didn't make the list recieve their scores yet?
From DCAS that kindly said unfortunately you failed the exam
failed
