It is NOT going to be in the last December pay check. The finest message says it will be in the Decenber 31st paycheck, which is technically the January 1st paycheck. Uniform allowance will be in the last December paycheck, which is the 18th.

You get the percentage from 2010 through 2015 even if it's only a two year contract. So (approximate based on 100K)
8/2010 thru 8/2011 =1000
8/2011 thru 8/2012= 2000
8/2012 thru 8/2013=2000
8/2013 thru 8/2014=2000
8/2014 thru 12/2015=2700
APPROXIMATELY 9700 pre tax OR $13.79 after tax

From the PBA:
As you likely know or have heard by now, the City failed to honor its commitment to pay retroactive amounts owing for uniform allowance in the December 18th paycheck. The failure to pay these amounts is made more egregious because we were informed that the City has been aware that it would not honor its commitment for weeks and failed to advise anyone that the monies would not be paid out in this paycheck.
This type of action, where the City puts out false information to create an expectation in the membership of receiving pay on a specified date is not new, but it is a further indication of what this administration thinks of New York City police officers. We should be conscious of this administrations failure to support New York City police officers and this most recent act of disrespect as we perform our duties each and every day.
After we contacted the City and the Department about their failure to honor their previous commitment, the City now indicates that the retroactive uniform allowance will be included in the Thursday, December 31 paycheck along with all other retroactive amounts. But like much of what this administration says, we will take the latest representation with a grain of salt.
We have made it clear to the City that this unannounced delay in paying our members the money they are owed is absolutely unacceptable. We will continue pressing the City to live up to its own representations regarding the timely payment of retroactive compensation moving forward.

So I'm assuming the retro overtime will be in this next check as well? We were told by the trustees that the retro and retro overtime would be in separate checks
