While sitting here and dealing with a personal family tragedy myself I can't believe that we lost another brother. The criminals feel extremely brazen and again we are handcuffed to what we can do. I truly want each and everyone of you since most on here are bosses to speak to your officers and continuously inform them that we need to work together. I know in times of heartache like we are currently feeling those words need not be spoken but after sometime please remind them. Whether anyone agrees with me or not it is US vs THEM. My feeling is that either your with us or against us.

We have had 2 lodd since the test and altogether 5 lodd since announcement of our exam. RIP Po Williams liu Ramos Moore and holder. All 5 cops had less than 10 years otj. It's a reminder the most important thing on this job is not getting promoted, but sign out eot! Be safe and look after your cops!
