Can someone please put together a list of all the questions that are being protested? For those of us that need points, at least we can have an idea which questions could help us. Also how many questions in total have we protested? I protested four. #6, #89,#106, & #78.

Double. B and D are both correct answer choices as per the stem of the question. I am 100% on this. Anyone can PM me for details if they chose but I shredded that question up during the protest session.

I protested 10, 16, 28, 35, 54, 59, 66, 79, 89, 97, 106, 116. I never wrote if I think it should be a double or a throw out. I started every protest with "I think my answer is as good as ___" or "I think my answer is better than ___"

Thanks guys. You protested 12? Beast Mode!! lol

Most of these I had correct already, and I wasnt one of those tools that went to the protest, saw that he passed and said "Good luck everyone I passed already" and left. I sat down and put in work for my buddies who busted their asses just like I did who are on the fence. I put up some solid protests with the appropriate supporting documentation. So I cannot see how they cannot validate my protests to the above listed questions.

I see a lot of people are protesting # 59. I'd be interested in hearing someone's reasoning for why the question is arguable (over PM obviously).

In my opinion the only way that question would get thrown out is based on the NOE.

Basically yes. The Test Validation board makes final recommendation to DCAS of their findings and the DCAS has the final say.

however 59 & 61 have good chances too. it is just such a debacle and doesnt follow the CCRG. had a guy explain it to me at protest and 61 is wrong. 59 is not worded correctly. anybody dispute this???

97 & 115 are doubles. period. there is no debating that. 1 6 7 10 18 in In basket---highly protestable. 45 54 toss outs. 89 toss out. stop fighting it and giving false promises. u saw it. I saw it. u flipped through yanos bible just as I and ripped out ur yellow marked up pages there will be 5-9 doubles & throwouts. I don't care if the Gestapo is on the TVB. the original 128 can enjoy their time at the Harvard club for now, but--better reserve a seat gentleman. cause people are moving on up----to the east side.

ok 59 maybe. but 61? it's wrong. Paul phiefer himself from the police academy showed me right in the ccrg why. it's wrong. ur not on he board don't try n fight it. let it be. it will get tossed.

What do you think the alternate answers are for 97 and 115? Meaning which letter is the alternate answer. If not to much work remind which questions those were if you get a chance.

6 is factually impossible. can't happen. 1---just as good or better then theirs. I don't get why the resistance from some of the "128 club". I don't get the hate. go make a coin of the 128 club fast while u can-----no one will know who the 128 club is when the final list comes out because the fact is that some of the "128 club" are gonna get leapfrogged by the bottom feeders of the list. this is a reality

I also know a guy that needed one point on the 2011 test and of the 19--throw out, double, and triple answers--he picked up none.....he kept looking at the rear view mirror to no avail.
Fast forward to 2015, this same guy is again looking at the rear view mirror. This time around i hope he sees the light at the end of the tunnel...
Im not trying to be a dick, im pulling for some to the points they need, i know how hard we worked for this....i was just hoping i didnt have To study for the same rank again.

1. A or B
10. A or B.
45. Throw out
ETC.

I'm not putting letters up:
1) double 5) don't know what people are protesting here 6) " " 7) throw out 10) double 16) " " 17) throw out OO 18) throw out OO 27) throw out OO 28) " " 34) " " 35) " " 45) throw out 54) throw out 66) " " 78) " " 79) " " 89) throw out 97) double 106) throw out 115) throw out 116) " "
" " = Don't know what people are protesting
I DID NOT include 59 and 61 because those questions are correct. if they get thrown out its due to them not being included in the NOE .
