before we left the protest session didnt we have to check off if we were going to elect to protest via mail?

No, it specifically stated that the attending of the in-person protest session does not preclude an additional write-in protest

I'm gonna protest a couple in the mail today.. Particularly 106 again and I will attach the operation order for that with highlights.. It's gonna be a lot better to do at home without a proctor ****ing complaining that I signed my name on the white sheet rather than the blue sheet..

FYI: Question 10 has a double answer. They have choice A as the most correct but it can also be choice B because of the lack of info left out of the stem of the question. Don't want to give it away, this question had a Mr. Maxwell and Ms Jones in it.

Agree with Bigfoot. I don't recall that quest and I went to the protest! I put B and have a 69 so 1 point is crucial.. Any other hint without giving the procedures away? Was it related exactly to the in basket or not really you could have answered it without the I'm basket?

I don't remember 10.. I put B though.. I protested 1,18,54,106,115.. I'm also going to do a better job protesting 106 tomorrow by attaching an interim order to prove it's a throw out.. If anyone wants to pm me about 10 I'll protest that as well.. Sitting at 68..

On the protest notification, it stated that you can protest by mail until 30 day from your scheduled protest date at DCAS... If I remember correctly.

According to the yellow sheet, we have 30 days from the date the protest sessions began (May 12, 2015) to submit protest via mail. Bust those pens and highlighters out and get to work. I attached a picture which walks you through how to properly protest a question.
#10 and #106 in mail today.. all of you should jump on board for 106.. It's a lock due to the fact that it went past Jan 18 deadline..

I wouldn't do it. First, because you know how people don't like extra work and to DCAS I am SURE they will find having to separate 2 protests is too much work lol. The second reason the envelope might not hold 2 due to all the copies these lazy mofos require you to make.

I would protest 1, but without the in-basket it will be difficult. Plus I think I'm done after this, I protested enough. Time to relax.
Guess I'll send them in different envelops, didn't want to write out the address again, took a while.

Sgt2Be as far as I'm concerned its a hail mary try. I am going to articulate that B is just as good as A due to the corresponding In-basket Material while i reference the Item in that particular question.
Its like banging a loose vaheena aka throwing punches in the air, but **** it why not? Maybe Ill hot something!!

45 and 54 at the protest session and sending in 7 and 116 by mail tomorrow. I'm pretty confident about 45 and 7 being thrown out unless the TVB are going to be real jerks, 54 and 116 I'm going to roll the dice and see what happens.
