Just wondering which class has helped you best with this test ? Besides rising star packets etc. . I know some people took key. Others elite. Or both. And even the nypd study guides from intranet ..
which did you guys think helped you the most for this test ?

I bought everything
Elite's Guide is great. Yano's added notes reinforces key points in the PG.
Key: questions were solid. Asked you tough questions
And Rising Star: amazing due to the insane difficulty/nit picky nature of the questions.
Academy: easy but free and is always good to get extra question practice

Honestly - all classes are outdated and out of loop.
Only company that was anywhere remotely close to the exam was rising star. And I say that very loosely.

Everything helped a little. There were a lot of questions I never would have thought to study and no school prepared me for, but there were others that I barely got and would have missed without the schools.
Rising Star LBB was spot on. Key App and 2011 rewrite was good with judgement. Elite was good with the fill-ins, had to actually know stuff instead of guessing on a multiple choice. The KSA was a real mindfvck, but strangely probably the closest to the actual exam out of all of them just because they were so ridiculous and cheesy.

Also Academy material (thanks Brat) was useful. The questions were good and probably what a real test would have looked like, but the real usefulness came with the packets, most of it was word for word out of the PG with all the fluff cut out, not abbreviations like the Key or only "important" procedures like Elite.

I feel like Elite stole my money its was pretty looking but was so basic, from his classroom to his test it was all just too easy.

Mikes Elite Guide is great. I liked his packets as well but the questions need to be much harder.
