No sergeants to be put into BMOC at the beginning of April..........and no lieutenant, and no captains promotions at the end of March........sorry

There should be promotions at the end of April as some will become eligible. Probably looking at class of 13.

Maybe may 1 promotion

No cap promotion in April.

Only May 22 is scheduled for promos. Unknown ranks.
