does anyone know the difference between health insurance plans between being a member of the LBA compared to the SBA ?? I have heard that the benefits are worse if you retire as a Lt. Anyone confirm this, and if so, what are these differences?

only difference between SBA and LBA is what u pay when it comes to dental, prescriptions and vision. When I needed a prescription as a sergeant the generic brand was $0.....but as a lieutenant it has been 16 cents. The benefits were worse for your wife and kids for dental when u retired but now it isn't an issue
