That number is ridiculously bad. With the rumored 300 or so sitting I guess its realistic.

Wow, I guess talking to people today that passed gave me a false sense that a bunch of people passed. I should know better, 7 lieutenants in my command and I'm the only one who even took the test

bha78, thats a pretty definite # your giving. Was that confirmed today? I know that # was put out there before but it seemed to early to predict. That # seems low with the perception out there of how many people passed.

Gamblor-excellent work all along, Dumbrass great work posting that answer key.
The site seems to be at odds with the exact number of test takers that passed. Many will remember from previous exams the rumors that float around (many of which i spread) regarding the number of passers. Just in this one thread we see the 60, 64, 70, 300 passers. I tell ya now i think i spoke to about 50 people in one patrol boro that passed.
In order to put this rumor to rest we need to come up with a list of confirmed passers. What im sugguesting is you could p.m me who you know that passed.
I will keep a running tally and eliminate the duplicates since we all know the same people.
You could send me 3 or 4 passers so you can remain anonymous with your screen name.
I will keep a running tab and post what we have over the weekend.
If we put our resources together we should have the entire list by the weekend.

Did anyone actually fail this test? I barely studied this time and I got a 94.

I heard from some reliable sources that 64 was the original number. I am sure that number will not stay the same after the throw outs and possible doubles. Justthefacts thanks for making this list. I just wish more of the future captains were willing to share their score with us so we can get a more definite answer as to the actual number.

If people didn't respond to send in there answer key there not gonna respond for the list tally...I say your lucky if u get 37 people on the list...the same amount that sent in the answer key....and less cause most people who know they passed don't even care how many are on the list...I for one. It don't matter..I know i passed and I know I'll get it eventually

Some people don't want their names out there. Maybe it's better to get an estimate based on the number of people from commands that passed. Just saying.

If you see any errors let me know. I dont have a full name on desmond or costello.
Some have pointed out a few of names are also on the 2013 captain's list- it is possible they took again. I know most of the people on the above list and it seems legit.
This will be the highest scores on a captain's exam in history at this rate.

Please stop putting the names of people that passed. I know several people that are pissed off that you listed their names. You can accomplish your goal without listing names.

I'd recommend just keeping the list to yourself and PM it to anyone who's interested; at least until the official list is out and public.
Attempting to break down # of passers by command is tough due to the number of large units where people don't know each other.

Done, i will discontinue the posts. Didn't mean to disrespect anyone.
This is the only way to determine how big the list will be, where you stand and your approx date of promotion.
I apoligize if anyone got pissed when they saw their name.

It's all good. Your enthusiasm is understood justthefacts. Its a huge accomplishment with these crazy exams and all the work that goes into it. It'll probably be sometime next year when this list is established.

Anderson, Kirk (48 p.c.t) score=81
Jones, Phillip (omap) score=79
