Yes, also received an email:
Dear Candidate,
We would like to respectfully ask that you attend a Test Validation Board (TVB) Report Reading Session on Friday, July 25, 2014, instead of the TVB report Reading Session scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2014. On July 8, 2014, you were sent a Test Validation Board (TVB) Report Reading Session appointment letter, in which you were invited to attend a session on Thursday, July 24, 2014. However, although attendance is optional, a high turnout is anticipated on that date.
The session on July 25, 2014 will be at the same location and time: 2 Lafayette Street, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10007; from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
A revised appointment letter was recently mailed to the home address we have on file for you, and DCAS personnel has/will attempt to reach you by telephone to communicate this message.
Thank you in advance for your time and understanding,

Uhm, this isn't a protest session.
It's sent ONLY to people who actually attended the protest session.... and I think maybe even more specifically only those who actually submitted a protest writeup. I actually submitted a protest writeup.
