Has anyone heard anything about any throwouts or double answers?
I saw on the 2013 captain thread some people "in the know" heard unofficially.
Has our review panel even met yet?

Chicken dinner is a great storyteller! At least it has a happy ending for those who need like 2 points. Unfortunately, life is not a fairy tale. It's based on facts. These facts will see the light once the final answer key is released. Not a minute sooner.

He asked if anyone "heard unofficially", and that I did. I never said I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy who works with his cousin at 1PP. Get over yourself and go find your 70.

I've heard many things "unofficially". Hopefully the official news comes out soon. I went to the protest session and passed with the proposed answer key. My score can only go up from here. Hopefully there will be a few throw outs to benefit those on the 68/69 fence.

I was thinking there should be at least 2 throw outs. Questions 36 & 121 which are the jury duty questions, because you can't give credit for one question and not the other. If they were to throw out number 36 everyone would get credit for it but those whom got 121 right would be getting 2 points, and those who got 121 wrong will only get 1 point. So you would have some people getting 1 point and some getting 2 points for the same question which would be unfair. Vice versa if they throw out only question 121.

There was nothing wrong with the jury duty question other than being asked twice.

I didn't say there was anything wrong with the question itself. The argument can be made that it isn't fair to be penalized for getting the same question wrong twice or rewarded for getting the same question right twice etc. Then thats when what i originally said might come into play.

Oh ok. I agree with you on that and even wrote out a protest for it, especially because I got it wrong twice!

lool...I've brought it up to many bosses and they agree aswell, but you know with this job if it makes sense it just might not happen smh.

It doesn't matter what bosses think. I find it funny when people refer to what a boss tells them in regards to a promotional test. They know nothing just like the rest of us.
As far as throwouts, I have no inside info, no source, nothing. However, I think it's not a wild idea to see 5 throwouts on this test. Most test have what, 2-3? With this exam being as controversial as it was I would not be surprised if we see 3-5 throwouts easily.
I just wished someone had some info on when we get these damn scores. There is no reason we should wait a damn year to get these scores, we should be able to get them in April.

In regards to the release of your list, I've always felt that it would go down in october. As far as the scores being mailed out...they can prob send em out at anytime. I agree that they should mail out your score ASAP

Let me rephrase that when I say results I mean official answer key. Usually 6 months to the day the answer key is posted online around 8 am. But the 19th falls on a sat that's why I said hopefully the 18th
