Yanosik has it being up to list number 42 out of 63. Does anybody know how many were passed over between 1 and 42?

There are 4 passovers according to my calculations.

Yeah...that's correct...25 names I believe. 2 full classes are left.

Does anyone know if the protest panel for the Captain exam convened?
