Just wondering what the probability of the 2 tested getting tossed. Reason being...Every year the job is required to test the one from 1978 with the inspector general (which was absent from the test). That being the case....how does one articulate that is testable but the other two are not? I am aware of the argument over one year old etc....but what's really the difference?

I need those two points just as bad J-Man but i think the 2 operations order questions will stand, I think they will say as per patrol guide section 203-xx Keep current on orders and directives.

I got both ops orders right so I have nothing to gain by saying this: there were 23 items in the noe as testable. Ops orders were absent and on previous exams ex) 2007 sgt 2011 sgt....ops orders listed in noe as testable. This is protested and very valid.

Thank You J-Man for protesting that even though you got it right, that shows not only are you an intelligent man but also pulling for your fellow canidates.

Would that be a total of 26?, Or you re-protesting the same ones by mail plus another 6?
