I don't think penal law question is protestable. Dumbbrass I have 4of5 you posted wrong. Hopefully they were protested.

I got it wrong as well, I'll be happy with a double answer but I doubt it will go our way. Does anyone remember question 61?

There are no less than five attorneys contacted, some I've spoken to personally, they all concur that the legislative intent of the "correct" answer is completely wrong. Additionally, there are only three sections in the penal law that could apply and two of them were not choices.
