We all put six months to a year of effort, significant money, and irreplacable free time away from our loved ones for this exam. Maybe all of this will only pay off for 25 of 400 of us, maybe there will be many more. For most of us it will come down to a protest session this week, and how successful our arguments. I know for a fact I put in the time, effort, money and sacrafice to pass this exam and I am not gonna accept a failure without a fight; a 6% passing rate is deplorable. I hope all of you attend the session and put a major final effort into the protest whether you have to or not. If you havent contacted me for our list of protests, email me at frankjurs@aol.com. Thanks to all of you for your time and effort in contributing to the list and your brainstorming. Happy holidays and see you at dcas.

Without giving away questions...I really think there are only 3 questions that are fightable...
-Grammar question (probably doesn't matter cuz everyone got this right despite the question being faulty)
-Penal Law
-And a question that involves no Captain duties or any other actor we're responsible for
Besides those 3, I think it's slim pickings. Nevertheless, good luck to everyone tomorrow

Actually, I'm probably the only person to have gotten the grammar wrong, so not everyone got it right. Maybe tomorrow I can figure out why it's wrong and pick up a point!
