For clarification purposes.......this was in reference to no class being promoted at the end of November (which would have attended classes in dec).......too early to tell about an end of dec promotion

Just look at the numbers. No brainier there's no Lt class. I could see a lot of discretionary promotions for Kelly's last like guys getting grade special assignment etc.

Any one have any updates on Vacancies?? I would think the job has a LT and Capt promotion in December. Its been over 4 months since last capt promotion and that should free up additional Lt spots. Wishful thinking.. Happy Thanksgiving everyone..

Detectives promotion right now scheduled for the 23 of December. Don't know if they are getting promoted with lieutenants and captains like usual or if Kelly is just doing discretionary promotions before he leaves. Maybe a good sign? But I don't know....
