NO LT'S or CAPT'S for december...heard only sergeants and alot of detective getting made (52 detectives is the number i got, dont know how many 3rd, 2nd or first graders). Another month of misery for some of us. dont know about the other ranks as far as D.I's and above.

Well I was told by Lt. NG that they haven't told him anything and usually they would notify him two weeks early to prepare. And it's already week of.
