Why is bi weekly gross for 5 yr LT at top pay as same as bi weekly 10yr LT??? The longevity pay dont match up

So $900 a check would come out to about $1000 extra a month i would guess?

I have been waiting for this question since I have posted this chart few months ago. Now answer to the question is that all lieutenants hit top pay when they already have ten years on the job. You need to be minimum 7 years on the job to be lt. ideally! and 3 years to hit top pay. Thus every top pay (3 years) lt. gets 10 years longevity.
