I had the chance to corner Lt Ng today and he confirmed that November might be the first down month of the year. From my understanding Lt. Ng has been right on the money with jis information. Thank God I got in when I got in. I know this is not what most of you wanted to hear but we were do for a down month. He did state that he was hopeful that December would be business as usual.
