A buddy o mine just came back from the military and he says that the department is allowing him and all the other military guys take the exam.he told me he has a month to study.so my question is do they get included in our list.

Yes they are included and allowed to take the exam just see the Lt's thread regarding that.

Yup and guess how they usually do. The city by law is required to give the exact same questions. Well after they take a look at all the old Rising Star threads I bet you can figure it out.

I think that's crazy. I agree they should be allowed to take the test. However, I don't think it should be the same exact one!

Well i agree the test should be different.so i guess list numbers will change once again.thanks for the responses

If anything they will be assigned .5 list #'s. Like list # 320.5

I say god bless.. I have no problem with people that were deployed taking the same test.. I wouldnt mind getting knocked down a few names

Some people are still out and will take the test in various upcoming months
