From reading the announcement from the last Lt test. It states that you can take the test if you are a sgt or on the sgts list. Am I reading it wrong?

The statement you're referring to has something to do with people who are demoted from Sgt to PO because of some budget issue and are due to be re-promoted.

Ok then what is this list that the announcement is talking about?

You need 1 day in rank to take the lieutenants test..... That's all you need to know!
