It was either question 1 or 2. To send a cop to a detail with a rmp equipped with an mdt. There were 2 rmps available with mdts. One was broken and the other mdt wasnt. In the in basket packet the memo said to use an rmp equipped with an mdt. It didnt say working mdt. Thats like the p.g. saying be equipped with a WORKING watch. They left that word out which makes it a double answer technically...

I think you gave him off in question 10, which worked out fine, and then he was supposed to be the answer in question 13, which I would guess make it a throw out.

question 10 was authorizing williamson for Eday, Dcas right answer. Then in 13, DCAS right answer was to send him to hospitalized prisoner.
question 40. was accident on bridge with 2 qualifing vehicles, but none of the answer choices were valid. I think its a throwout

question 77 was LT again authorizing himself to do admin OT . I believe in this question it said there were an increase in rmp accidents. You needed to get a report ready for the XO. There answer was you stay and get the job done so the XO will be ready for the meeting.

I heard the same. I didn't post anything, because I had no idea what question it was and hadn't heard anyone speaking about it. Throw outs I heard were 7, 23, 40, 63, with 89 and 100 as doubles. That was as of two weeks ago when the review panel was supposedly still in session and I haven't heard about any others since then. At that point I was told they were arguing 12 more questions.

Not sure if 10 would be thrown out. At that point in the in-basket, there was nothing wrong with giving him the day. If the in-basket is a "living thing," where one answer sequentially effects the next, 13 would be thrown out since it had no correct answer, and 10 would be correct.

Here are a few possibles. I know some were already covered above. I don't have any sources and I'm not stating that these are going to be throw outs or double answers. Just a few of the questions I protested.
Q3: One and six to send to detail. Double answer B/D? (Choice D had all RDO MOS at full duty status with 2 PO's van qualified.)
Q4: Mobilization point. Double answer C/D? (Choice C was public parking lot.)
Q6: Which voucher was correctly prepared. All were bad. Should be thrown out. A/B/C/D
Q15: Sergeant to pick for conditions spot. Double answer A/C? (Choice A - Sgt. Ahmad, experience in conditions and packet did not state when he is retiring.)
Q20: Complaints involving cellphones Should be thrown out. A/B/C/D (Question referred to Patrol Guide Procedure 207-52.PG only goes up to 207-33. They meant io #52)
Q22: Search on Tracks. Double answer B/D? Question was looking for false statement. (B & D were both false)
Q23: Temporary removal of firearms. Double answer B/C? (Lt excluded from being considered Ranking Officer for the purpose of this procedure.)
Q40: Vehicle accident on bridge. No correct answer. Should be thrown out. A/B/C/D
Q46: Confrontation situation. Double answer A/B? (Test writers changed pg wording from "whether on or off duty" to "when off duty". That does not make it an incorrect statement.)
Q47: Dept Vehicle accident. Duties of the X.O. Should be thrown out. A/B/C/D (Only possible correct answer is D - Don't find driver at fault and no further action needed.)

No problem McNulty. Here are a few more.
Q52: Cop in proper uniform. Double answer A/B? (A was tattoo, B was hair clip)
Q77: Prepare for traffic-stat while X.O. on vacation. Double answer C/D? (Giving out OT for admin work is no good)
Q87: Standard proper English (LOL). Double Answer C/D? (The answer key is D - "Since we have two Police Officers assigned to the post, it is their responsibility to monitor the condition." Police Officers should not be capitalized because they are common nouns in this sentence.)
Q89: E-Day for MOS with sick kid. Double answer B/C? (See step 2 of Patrol Guide procedure 203-03 COMPLIANCE WITH ORDERS)
Q90: Dealing with Sergeant who was passed over for a position. Double answer B/C or throw out? (Question based on personal opinion and managerial style)
Q100: Project for Mayor's Office. Double answer A/C? (Another question that deals with giving out OT for Admin work)
I have some specifics on questions 3, 4, 6, 15, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 31, 34, 37, 38, 39, 40, 45, 46, 47, 52, 56, 57, 60, 61, 64, 67, 69, 77, 83, 87, 89, 90, 93, 97, & 100 if anyone is looking for info.

I want to keep the list accurate, so try and only post if your sure.
I think its a throwout
thats a double answer not a throwout
can anyone advise what question 7 was?
What was question 93?
It's been a while, but I think the cop notifies P/S, Bomb Squad, & ESU. Don't remember CSU being a mandatory notification, I could be wrong....
#18 poss double...strip search of a prisoner
#21 poss double....meds question about umos preparing the med treat form
#26 aided question
#47 par qual veh ques
40 was the par qualifying vehicles. 47 im pretty sure is the dept veh accident.

The guy that told me isn't someone I can just pick up the phone and call, so I don't know if I can get more info; I just run in to him at 1PP occasionally.
Any idea what the double answers were for 89 & 100? As in which letters...
I agree, I think 13 would be the one thrown out.
89- B & C
100- whatever the DCAS answer was and C
Good stuff dude thanks.
question 21 was worded correctly, however they asked u what was the umos responsibility. it didnt ask u what step should b done 1st. therefore it should b a double answer. 2 steps were correct. should b a double
It was so long ago I can't really remember, maybe your right. I just remember reading at the protest and being pissed that a missed a tiny aspect of the question.
A) Tell cop to call IRT. (This case would be detective's job, not cop)
C) Tell cop to refer 61 to SVU.
