I searched the orders and found 1 LT. Temporarily assigned TO EMD. Obviously not posting his name on here. But it is Personnel Order No. 43 dates February 21, 2012. It has him assigned to EMD from 17 Feb. to 16 May. This is the only temp assign. I saw within the past six months. Think we are going to have a wait.

That guy was a Fast Track instructor so it wouldn't surprise me if he is part of the panel, but he could be there for something else. Nobody says that the people doing this panel were officially assigned anywhere. Do you see any sergeants getting assigned to EMD for that test?

Yes. Saw two Sgt. They were assigned three days after their protest Period was over if my memory serves me correct.

The TVB is not over. They have until next week to finish. DCAS has already got our fit points, and medals for everyone who took this test. They are waiting for the TVB to conclude next week. Estimation of 1-2 weeks after next. Just a speculation. The schedule was to have this completed 3 weeks after the Sgt's list was done. I'm not as sure as Stig, who gives some info now and then, but if the TVB was done, someone would of found out what questions were tossed!

First, let me explain my need to "vent" as you put it. I could care less what rumors are started on this forum. If hoping, praying, guessing or whatever you want to call it makes you feel better, than brother you do that. However, by posting specific information about people who may or may not be involved with the review panel is treading on dangerous ground.
This might come to a shock to some but unless you are one of the few who passed or someone who needs a few points to make the list, many if not most people want this test thrown out. Whatever their reason may be, I hope it doesn't happen because I made the list and refuse to allow some scumb@g a reason to get this exam tossed out on some bull$hit technicality. I agree. I did not take the test but a few close friends did. They didn't make the list but I agree that it wouldn't be fair for this test to get thrown out. It is beyond selfish to think it should be. What about those "lucky" few that actually made the list? Why should they have to retake a freakin test that they already passed! Whoever didn't make the list just has to wait for the next one :)

you misunderstoond me bud, I meant as in they could say the integrity of the process was compromised because the panel's identity was made public. Leaving them open to pressure from friends, coworkers, etc etc etc. Its a stretch, but they are desperate.

@ waiting..... A lot more pointless threads than this one. I was just trying to figure out if the panel was still active. If the panel is still active we will not get our list till it is over. That is a very Important point. If this damn list doesn't come out by next Friday I have to register for school in the blind not knowing wether to go at night or during day. It is very frustrating.

The panel is not over. As I stated yesterday, I walked into the testing and records unit myself yesterday and asked. It has run late, and will be concluding this week. As for May 9th and the rumor about 17-19 throw outs, I'm not sure where that is coming from....
