lol...What really would be great, is the City coming out with the list on monday....That would be great. No judge has made a ruling yet, therefore, the City can proceed with putting out the new list since tomorrow is the last day of 2006. Merely a lawsuit can't stop what the city wants to do. A RULING can. This was filed a few days ago. A judge would have made his ruling to stop 2011 from coming out. Last I checked, no ruling.
I guess the judge is wiping his tears from his eyes from laughing so hard from a ridiculous lawsuit.

A special thanks to you and your unwavering wit as you so boldly trailblaze such uncharted territory for the rest of us sorry maggots. You are a true inpiration to me. Without your sacrifice (not just your proceeds) I may not have had the inner strength to call myself a NYPD Sergeant of Police, as do you, oh valiant sirs and ma'ams. And a special salute to one of the petitioners: Kosz szepen buta fiu. legyel buszke magyarnak hivni magad!

Actually, if you read the lawsuit the judge lines out the parts granting an immediate injunction and extending the 2006 list. My gut feeling is that she'll do the same on May 1st.
