For those of you who filed this lawsuit, I would love to know how you plan on getting around the 3 year statute of limitations required for civil cases? I mean, even if pigs flew and the PC extended the 4-year rule the city has for city exams, how do you get around the statute of limitations which is more than a year past it's expiration date? Just curious what your thought process is on that? Really think this law firm ripped you guys off hardcore......

Thats the reason why the lawsuit is against the recent exam with the hopes that it would force the department to extend their list. it will never work.

Right but if you look at the lawsuit, it calls to extend the old list and forbid the city from terminating it.

Also- the lawsuit states that the revised noe was given only 1 month before the test. Lie. Check the date.
