The poll is asking as of the year 2006 until present day. The reason we are asking for 2006 is because we are assessing if the hiring of 1800 sgts from the 06 07 08 and 09 exam has effectively filled in sgts positions with attrition of police officers. If we conclude that it does not then clearly we will have a high demand for sgts. Thus showing that this list will promote everyone.
Please read all the choices and answer carefully. This should cover all the ends from my previous thread.
