A friend of mine was in BMOC for some bull**** where they call new Sgts back after a few months for a day to talk. BMOC was saying that they are looking at 2 more classes of 25 and then it's a wrap. Take it for what it's worth...

Can anyone advise if it's true that historically last class off dying list is full of CARB passovers?

You are well aware that the 2011 test that was given did not follow past testing standards. It is in the best interest of all 2011 and 2006 test takers to protest the department and DCAS for issuing exams that are not related to our job description. Giving a test that examinees can not prepare for is unfair and biased to all. Stand together and let's fight against this practice in which the department manipulates exams for their best interest.
The benefits is as follows for the 2011 test takers. If we get the exam thrown out you will not have to wait four years to take the exam again. The time and money you spent on studying for the test will not have been a waste.
The benefits to the 2006 Lieutenant eligibles is having the list extended and getting promoted.
.
In order for us to achieve the goal of having the test thrown out we must file an injunction with the courts. The law firm of Julien & Schelsinger, PC believes that we have a strong case. They were responsible for successfully filing an injunction against the 2002 Sergeant's Exam and they have agreed to represent us in this matter.
With that being said, I need all 2006 eligibles and 2011 test takers to join this action.
The cost of this legal action requires that at least 100 or more lieutenant eligibles participate in order to cover the cost of legal fees.
If we are able to gain the support of 100 or more the cost will be $250.00 per person.
If you are interested in taking part in this action we need a response AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.Please E-mail me at justice4allpd@aol.com.
You may choose to remain anonymous and still participate in this lawsuit. Share this information with anyone you know who is on the 2006 Lieutenant's list and to those who took the 2011 test that feel that the design of the test was flawed.

Wow, only 25,000 dollars for a nonsense frivolous lawsuit? Sounds like a bargain to me...
