After reviewing the test again, I've come to the conclusion that although a majority of the patrol guide questions were written very poorly, protesting them will be a very difficult task. The answers were pretty straight foward and could be found word for word in the patrol guide. Any thoughts of 10-15 questions getting thrown out are a dream, I believe that they will only throw out a five to seven questions maximum. The pins question, #63, is almost a no brainer because they tried to get so tricky, that they fooled themselves and all four answers were thus incorrect. The tattoo/hair clip question, #52, I feel will almost definitely be a double answer. The dept. vehicle accident #47 I believe will be completely thrown out, because the correct answer according to DCAS involved CD's for veh. accidents, which is under the duties of a CO. I will say though that it is going to be very interesting to see the rebuttals of the TVB in regards to the judgement questions that people are protesting. I was at the Brooklyn location and there had to be close to 100 people there inside of 3 large classrooms. Good luck to everyone.

There are plenty that can be tossed. You just didn't look hard enough.

I won't knock anyone for trying to protest any and all of questions, but in the end I'm being realistic about things.

I agree. I'm going to mail in protests for 11 questions but I think there will probably be 5. I don't see where you can get 10-15 throw outs.

My estimates there might be 2-3 on the in basket. 5 or so on the p.g and 2-3 on the judgement.

Just by the fact there was no reference guide for them. Also there were conflicts with patrol guide procedures.
