No idea, but if it's unbeatable, maybe you should share it. Wouldn't it be better to have 30 people present the argument as opposed to 1?

sorry but she wasn't stealing it. She was keeping it in a locker so it could be used exclusively in the female bathroom, in a department facility.

Sure the penal law states that a person can be charged with petty larceny by taking property and using it "for their exclusive use". That's probable cause to believe that petty larceny has been committed. Which is serious misconduct mandating the reporting to iab.

Um no. Your argument is baseless because the fact pattern showed the cop appropriated the paper towels in good faith (to be used in the female's bathroom).
Secondly it's PETIT larceny. Not PETTY. I can't believe you're a sgt and you don't know petit vs petty. You need help.

guys! you're suppossed to be on the same side! First of all, remember this was considered a judgement question not a procedural question. And the fact is IAB wasn't a choice. So what answer you gave at the protest you will have to explain why it was just as good or even better. And as Tommy Salami said she didn't steal it! She put them in a locker for the girls bathroom not just her personal use. And by the way it was paper towels not toilet paper.
